dreaming about kittens being born 2 grey and white and one black and white. one kitten had worms. the setting was very fancy some of the dream it was like you were walking around a zoo but then you would end up in a castle talking to the older lady. the older lady would continually tell stories from her time there.. we were sat kittens running around and we were drinking tea.some school friends were in the dream but we were at our ages now. one girl Shania was wearing a dress but went to drink her tea and we all got confused as she lost her dress but literally had it a minute ago. one of the other girls was wearing it and we noticed and said to her that its Shania dress and she was saying it isn't but it seemed to be an honest mistake. the older lady was taking notes around the place about things and spoke with another man who was keeping the grey kitten wkth worms safe. she noted the kitten as being diseased and set a date for it to be dead by. I asked if it was treatable and she said no but they would give it cream until its death this made me feel sad and helpless for the kitten.
